(Synopsis)
Mara is an actress who lives and breathes for the act. Her only meaningful relationship is challenged when she and her best friend, Amanda, must compete for a role. Now, Mara needs to decide what's most important: the real world, or entertainment.

Janelle McGuinness is an actor, singer and dancer, originally from Vancouver. Her past film credits include On Call and Fear. Janelle is also a member of a vocal group, The Rose Gold Classics, who have performed at events including TIFF’s annual fundraising event, BOOMBOX.
Casey Estey is originally from a small town in New Brunswick. He has recently moved to Toronto to pursue artistic endeavours after getting signed with Fulcher Agency. There is always time to create.
Nealee Bradshaw is a graduate of the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts musical theatre college program. She is a diverse performer who has performed roles such as as The Dragon in the Toronto Fringe's Little Pricks and The Player in Rosencrantz, Guildenstern Are Dead and Val Clarke in A Chorus Line.

THE CHARACTERS
Mara
A professional actress with sociopathic intentions. She is cunning, manipulative and uncaring about the people around her.
Amanda
Mara's drug addicted best friend who is also a theatre an actress. She is competing with Mara for a role in a play.
Fitz
​A well groomed, polite and charismatic actor who is drawn to Mara . When he is around her, he feels like he can drop the "perfect guy" act and be his true self.
